[交流] 这是被拒了,还是大修,我还要不要修改哪?已有2人参与

今天收到某2区杂志的邮件,2个月前投的稿子,速度还是挺快的,今天就回复意见了.看完我就深深地疑惑了,信件主题部分如下:

我一开始看了以为拒绝,然后鼓励修改后重投,结果后来看到1个due by Jun 23, 2015,感觉不对,一般拒绝后再让你重投不会给你修改日期的,于是我登陆网站后,发现果然是Submissions Needing Revision,我点击进去后,发现是revision,可以上传revision paper。

所以难道这其实是大修，但是问题又来了，Editor-in-Chief 让我修改，而Associate Editor和两个审稿人都把我给reject。结果主编还让我修改，这是几个意思？？

两个审稿人意见我也看了一下，一个对我论文很感兴趣，但是觉得我语言不行，交待不清，给我提了N条改进意见，感觉还是比较好修改，比较积极。另外一个觉得我论文topics与这个杂志不符合（我这篇论文有点交叉学科，有点擦边球），把我拒了，然后给我提了20条意见，让我改进。

这第二审稿人明显觉得我topics不符合，这可怎么修改阿，愁人，这种情况我还要不要修改阿？？会不会修改后他还认为topics不符合，愁人。

这种情况怎么破，大家给点意见，谢谢了
