最近买了个激酶，说明书上写着“This product is offered as an ammonium sulfate suspension of myokinase. It is not recommended that dilute solutions be stored as stock solutions.” 请问各位，遇到这种酶该怎么用呢？每次称量之后现配不可能，因为量太少了，而且每次用量不超过0.01mg.之前配了了2000U/ml 的stock solution，酶一点活性都没有了。。。。。
