投稿三天后，编辑给的答复，需要给编辑回复吗？

楼主可以看看这个期刊是哪个出版社的，是不是属于SCI收录的，新期刊不一定就不好，有的期刊创刊一年后影响因子就很高。但新期刊刚开始没有影响因子所以稿源较少，编辑也有可能是为新期刊争取稿源

编辑委婉的拒稿，并推荐了其它合适的期刊，可以将稿件直接转过去不用重新编辑，下面有编辑推荐的期刊名称楼主可以选择，最后编辑表明所推荐的期刊并不一定会接收

可是他推荐的期刊不太好，如果不接受什么的，需要进行相关的回复吗？
