如果有的话就写上。。。
我当时没有写旅行计划也可以的。邀请信上很清楚谁是联系你的人。而且每天安排和入住酒店面签时没有问

请问楼主 如果我想带朋友出去参加会议 里面有一个accompanying person的选项 也是要交费的，我是不是应该选那个？是不是这样也可以为他拿到签证材料？
