高斯计算求助！！！

本人是做合成的，合成了一系列液态物质，比较看重其中两个原子硅和氮之间的距离，核磁结果不能准确的说明硅氮之间的距离或者说是否成键。由于对计算不是很了解，询问过之后选取的B3LYP/6-31 g 进行了优化 。 然后审稿意见如下1. The authors tried to use DFT computation to predict the geometries of these compounds. But this type of DFT computation is designed for systems in the gas phase under standard conditions. It is questionable if the computational results could well represent molecules in the liquid phase. 2. B3LYP is a common functional for small molecules. But there are other methods that are known for their sensitivity to weak interactions (non-covalent interactions) such as M06 and PBE. If the authors insist on using DFT computation (given its limitation representing the actual compounds in liquid phase), justification on the choice of functional (B3LYP in this case) would be appreciated. 我现在想请教一下大家怎么改进才能解决我的问题 让结果有说服力？ |
