| To be honest, I'm not a person with strong inner world. If some things bad for me happened in my life or work, it will make me depressed and will bother me for a long time. During that time, I can not live the life as usual, what I can do is just thinking the bad things and letting it depress me over and over again. After I poured the things out to my friends or family, they will tell me some philosophy of life and persuade me to find the positive aspects. I also know the philosophies, but I just cannot come out from the bad mood. It has been affecting my work and the ones I love and love me. So I make great efforts to try to change it and make me stronger. Now I'm reading one book named "Ordinary World", in which the characters suffered a lot but still tried their best to make their lives continue. May the book will raise me up and make me handle things with courage. |
