RA/Postdoc Position on Robot Vision at CityU, Hong Kong

One RA/Postdoc Position: Robot Vision Supervisor: Dr. Yajing Shen, City University of HongKong (http://www6.cityu.edu.hk/stfprofile/yajishen.htm) Our lab is carrying out a project “3D image reconstruction at small scale based on robotic manipulation”. Therefore, we are looking for one Postdoc to join our team to work together. Postdoc’s responsibilities: 1. Realize the 3D image reconstruction at small scale by developing a novel algorithm. 2. Develop a novel vision-based control system for the micro-robot. 3. Lead a team. The requirement to the candidate: 1. Skillful at 3D image reconstruction, robot vision, image processing, etc. 2. Skillful at robot control theory; have the experience on practical problem solving. 3. Good publication record. 4. Strong team-work ability and leadership. 5. PhD degree (The outstanding candidate with Master degree will also be considered) Competitive salary will be offered based on candidate’s personal ability.
