Engineering failure analysis 给的审稿意见，大家帮分析分析是大修还是小修，谢谢啦！ Reviewers' comments: Reviewer #1: This paper studies the resistance of the reinforced concrete structures experimentally. As a result, the authors propose a design procedure. However, the proposed design curve seems to be defined as the statistical average of experimental results. The reviewer wonders that such a design curve without any safety margins is acceptable. The authors are expected to make some explanations about the applicability of the proposal as an design concept. In addition, this paper has a lot of editorial mistakes. The authors are also expected to fix them. Reviewer #2: Clarify if the paper presents a design concept or only the experimental results after a statistical analysis. Verify and standardize the entire document including the technical English. |
