郁闷，为啥这样？

Editor: While the reviewers have indicated that the manuscript is potentially acceptable provided that some revision is done, I also have to take into account the scope of the journal. It is not normal for the journal to consider maize as a horticultural crop, but rather an agronomic crop. Therefore, although the paper is technically interesting, it does not fit the scope of the journal. I suggest that you rather use the reviewer comments to improve the paper, and then submit it to an agronomy journal. |
