The corresponding author will be notified via e-mail when the manuscript is received and informed of the manuscript tracking number and the Senior Editor who will be handling the review. Queries regarding the review and revisions of the manuscript should be directed to the Senior Editor. The manuscript tracking number should be included in all correspondence regarding the submission. The Senior Editor advises the corresponding author of his/her and the reviewers’ comments. If minor or major revisions are recommended, revised manuscripts should be returned to the Senior Editor handling the manuscript. Revised manuscripts should be submitted directly to the Senior Editor as e-mail attachments. At this point in the review process, higher-quality figures may be requested if necessary. Accepted manuscripts will not be forwarded to the publisher without an electronic copy of the final revision. Papers that do not conform to the journal norms will be returned to the authors for revision before being considered for publication. When the Senior Editor is satisfied that the manuscript is ready for acceptance, s/he forwards it to the Editor-in-Chief for final acceptance.
