编辑的拒稿信，大家看看修改后还可以再投吗！

The quality of English in the above-mentioned manuscript and the is such that the manuscript cannot be reviewed in its present form. We suggest that you try to work with a native English-speaking colleague to revise the manuscript so that it will be understandable to our reviewers. Also, although the paper appears to offer useful research, the general presentation must be considerably improved before entering the review process. Clearness and precision on presenting the problem being addressed, the main ideas and hypothesis behind the research, the equations and approximations used (e.g., all variables must be clearly defined) and on the description of the experiments and results is needed before the paper can be sent for review. If you submit a suitably revised manuscript, it will be treated as a new submission and subjected to our normal review process. |
