The second response is correct, i.e. first instinct leads one to respond exactly as readbycandle would The bigger lesson is to know when NOT to follow one's first instinct, i.e. NOT everything you see in textbooks is worth learning Google reports only 6 hits, all from mainland China... 语法正确并不表示常用,更何况语法很可能不对,例如第一句: NO: I expect our English teacher will be back this weekend, won't she/he? YES: Don't you think [as I do] that Mr/Ms ___ WOULD be back after this week? 能控制,有把握预测的时候用 will,其他所有状况都需要用 would "宾语从句的否定转移到主句" 结构罕见,语气高傲,很容易祸从口出: NO: Your sister supposes she needs no help, doesn't she? YES: Your sister must thought she could do everything helfself NO: You thought they could have completed the project, didn't you? YES: Don't you think the project would have been finished by now? |
