Position opening: Research Assistant

Tasks: Multi-Scale simulation and modeling of textile materials
Description of the research topic:
We aim to develop a theoretical method to simulate textile materials on different levels, from fibers, yarns until fabrics. The coarse-grained model will be sued for this study and a software package will be eventually developed.

Project duration: two years or longer, based on the progress and funding sources;

Requirement: Background in physics, materials science and textiles skills of computational programming are required.

Salary: Depend on the experience of the candidate.
