[求助] 请大家帮忙看下这个审稿意见怎么处理好已有12人参与

七月底的时候投了一篇文章，是第一次投，忐忑中等来了审稿意见，但是不知道编辑到底是什么意见，也不知道怎么处理这篇文章了，这里求助各位有经验的虫友给出出主意，非常感谢。下面是编辑的回信:
Dear Prof. Ai,
Your manuscript XXXXXXX which you submitted to the  XXXXXX, has been reviewed. While the referees find your work of some potential interest, they have raised concerns that are sufficiently important that they preclude publication of the work in the XXXXXXX, at least in its present form.

Should further research work allow you to address exhaustively these criticisms we would be happy to look at a revised manuscript (unless something similar has by then been accepted at our journal or appeared elsewhere).

The comments from reviewers are included at the bottom of this letter.

Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to re-review by the reviewers before a decision is rendered.

If you choose to resubmit your manuscript, go to  XXXXXX and login to your Author Center. Look for "Manuscripts with Decisions" and select "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript.

If you decide to submit a revised manuscript, it is mandatory that you respond in detail to each of the comments made by the reviewer(s) in the space provided. Please ensure that your response is reflected in the main text and you should use this space to document the changes you make to the original manuscript. Please review the attached document listing the file requirements for your revision.

1.编辑说的意思是既可以重新投稿，也可以提交修改稿，这种情况怎么办？选择哪个希望大些？
2.从编辑的回话中能看出重投中的希望大么？还是换个杂志再投？

审稿人的意见我大概说下，
审稿人1    直接给的拒稿，理由是觉得我的文章没做性能方面的表征，觉得我的文章不合适发表在这个杂志（我做的机理方面的，之前看这个杂志发过相关文章才投的）。
审稿人2    审稿意见里面竟然没有审稿人2的意见。。。不知道是什么情况。。。
审稿人3    也给的拒，感觉非常专业，提的问题很多都提到点子上了，一共10条，有些问题很尖锐，不好回答。
审稿人4    感觉给的意见应该是小修，提的问题都很简单，都是比较简单的问题
审稿人5    前面说同意我的部分解释和结论，然后也是提了很多意见，一共8条，但是其中有4条都和审稿人3提出来的差不多，有个别问题比较难回答，但是感觉问题提得很好，很多是我没考虑到的。

写的可能有点多，希望大家能说多少就说多少，都是对我的帮助，第一次投稿，导师是帮不上什么忙，只能在这里求助，感谢大家！！
