主编回复说推荐审稿人的方式unprofessional，reject，请问还可以重新投稿吗？ 已有1人参与

如题 Dear Dr. XXX A good suggestion of reviewers will not only accelerate the reviewing process of your work, but also significantly improve the quality of your work. Starting from this June, my office starts to use the following rules to screen for papers. 1. If the reviewers are only from your home country or of the origin of your country, the paper will be considered lack of international significance. Therefore, suggest at least three reviewers not from your home country or of the origin of your country. 2. Never suggest reviewer from the same university or from the same city. Therefore, do not suggest your friends or collaborators, or your colleagues. 3. Do list the reason why you choose the person as reviewer. If the above three rules are not followed, the paper will be immediately rejected, as it is an indication of unprofessional practice. Furthermore, on suggestion reviewers, please consider the following points: 1. Do not count on that big figures in your field will review your paper, no matter from your home country or from abroad. 2. Suggest some young professor, especially those still at their beginning stage of academic career. Sincerely yours, XX 给的意见是reject，请问这是客套拒绝，还是？ 当时填的推荐审稿人就填的姓名，E-mail。如果重新投的话还有希望没？是否要改投其它杂志？谢谢！ |
