想请教各位大神，有木有人投过印度Pharmacognosy Magazine这个杂志？该杂志投稿须知里没提到要交查重费，但现在要求交查重费，不知道是否可靠。另想问问各位投过该杂志的大神，他们给的那付费网址用visa卡付费可靠么，大家都比较担心，跪谢 ^^ |
