There are many evaluation factors that can be used for environmental assessment. The primarily selected three pairs of evaluation factors are not interdependent. Only one of each pair of factors could be selected for the final assessment. The selection process is determined by the A value of each factors. For any given pair of factors, the one with a small A value will be eliminated. For example, if F1 and F2 are not interdependent and the A value of F1 (F1_A) is greater than that of F2 (F2_A), then F2 will be eliminated. The inter-independency of evaluation factors exemplified by F1 and F2 is common in many groups. |
