For advanced undergraduate or graduate physics and engineering students with at least a working knowledge of calculus and basic physics. Exercises demonstrate application of material in text. Summary: Good Graduate Text Rating: 5 This book is really good. However, I don't recommend it for an undergraduate level student. Equations are sometimes proven by saying, "after some manipulation." As a reference or a graduate text however, this book is very nice to have around. It is small and the chapters are well labeled.
