因英语不好被编辑直接拒稿，但又加了一句话，是客气还是真的希望回馈评论？ 已有12人参与

如题。一个暑假都在弄这篇文章，学生也没回家。个人感觉已经尽最大努力了，而且自我还比较满意文章内容，但是编辑直接拒了（Expired Revisions and Manuscripts No Longer Under Consideration）:-(。巨郁闷！加粗的这句话是客气还是真的希望回馈意见？大家碰到过吗？ Thank you for considering Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research for your manuscript submission. In reviewing the manuscript, I concluded that the English is not suitable for Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. As you can appreciate, we cannot publish a large fraction of the manuscripts we receive, so we are most interested in those that clearly present new and novel ideas of interest to a general readership. It is our opinion that the material presented in this manuscript is not suitable for publication in Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. We will be more than glad to receive any comments you have with regard to this assessment.
