elsevier期刊的 article transfer service ？ 已有3人参与

我近期在PLA期刊投稿一篇，审稿人说的研究内容有一定意义，但研究内容不适合在该期刊发表，因此提供，the article transfer service，给我推荐一些相关期刊，我不知道期刊转移服务的意义。我发现我的文章转移到新的杂质是否还需要我重新完成提交，还是转移后就不用我提交了，下面是转移后编辑部的信，能帮我解释下吗？我发现转移后新的编辑里还是显示Incomplete Submissions？ I am pleased to inform you that all relevant data and files of your submission have been transferred to "Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids". As submission requirements vary slightly from journal to journal, you need to check and approve your submission in "Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids" before your submission can be finalised. You also have the opportunity to now make revisions to your paper, if you wish. If you decide to do so, please make any changes prior to finalizing your submission to "Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids". Please upload a separate cover letter alongside your submission detailing the changes you have made so the Editor can refer to them. Once you are ready to finalise your submission, please log into EES and complete the following steps in http://ees.elsevier.com/pcs/ 1. Go to the menu item "Incomplete Submissions". 2. Click "Edit Submission". 3. Complete all required submission steps. 4. Go to "Attach Files" and "Build PDF for my Approval". 5. View and Approve your new PDF file including the changed item(s), or if needed, Edit again. If you experience any difficulties with this process, please contact our 24 hour Support Department for assistance at support@elsevier.com.
