这种拒稿理由是个什么意思呢

大早上收到拒稿邮件，心情略显忧伤。不过纳闷的是拒稿理由有点没看懂：“We are committed to timely publication of the foremost research in the environmental engineering science field that will elucidate new mechanisms, document new innovative technologies, and/or develop new mechanism-based models. To make this happen, we pre-screen manuscripts and currently accept less than half of papers for outside review. We regret that in this instance, we will not be able to consider your manuscript for further review.” 还请大伙指点指点问题出在哪了呢，谢谢。 |
