Abstract
With the popularity of security equipment,the appearance design of existing security X-ray machines can not meet the user's emotional needs.In this paper,Kansei engineering systems have been applied to determine the design process and methods of the appearance of the X-ray security machines.Besides,the correspondence between the elements of the image semantics of X-ray machines has been established and designed practice based on typical morphological elements.The feasibility of Kansei engineering theory used in industrial design field has been verified by practice design.
