随着审稿意见，编辑也给了一条建议： the guide for authors states, for supplementary material: "Since supplementary files will be published only as an electronic annex to the online article, and not in the print version, such material should not be referred to directly in the text. However, it may be mentioned in a sentence following the conclusion." Please respect this instruction 我稿件中的设计到补充材料的原文大概是 "The lignin extractability, the recovery and composition of the residues and outcomes of enzymatic digestion of polysaccharides were shown in Table S1, and the time courses of enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw before and after aqueous IL solution pretreatment were shown in Figs. S1-5“ "Besides, xylan removal during pretreatment would also make a contribution to the improvements in the subsequent enzymatic saccharification (Fig. S6)" "We also examined the relationships between the reducing sugar yield and pH of aqueous IL solution (Fig. S7)" 在修改稿中我在补充材料中添加了一个Fig. S1, 参照上述编辑意见，我做了如下修改，其实就是修改了图标号(因为添加了一个新图），然后按照编辑的建议在结论后面添加了一句话 ”we studied rice straw pretreatment with aqueous solutions of various cholinium ILs (Fig. S1) “ ”The lignin extractability, the recovery and composition of the residues and outcomes of enzymatic digestion of polysaccharides were shown in Table S1, and the time courses of enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw before and after aqueous IL solution pretreatment were shown in Figs. S2-6“ ”Besides, xylan removal during pretreatment would also make a contribution to the improvements in the subsequent enzymatic saccharification (Fig. S7),“ 在conclusions 后面添加了： ”5. Supporting information Tables S1, S2 and Figs. S1-8 are available as supporting information.“ 提交后，编辑又针对这个问题给了一个类似的批注（如下），显然是认为我没理解他所说的。 Comments: As steted by the guide for authors, supplementary material must be considered as an annex. As a result, it cannot be cited explicitly in the text, just a sentence placed after the conclusion can mention it is available. 显然，我的确是没明白”such material should not be referred to directly in the text“ ” it cannot be cited explicitly in the text“是什么意思。然后我查了一下bioresource technology近期发表的一些论文，再做了如下修改 .......various cholinium ILs (Fig. S1, available as Supplementary data)...... .......were shown in Table S1 (Available as Supplementary data), and the .......pretreatment were shown in Figs. S2-6 (Available as Supplementary data) .......enzymatic saccharification (Fig. S7, available as Supplementary data)....... Table S2 (Available as Supplementary data)....... .......queous IL solution (Fig. S8, available as Supplementary data).... 在Acknowledgements部分后添加了： Appendix A. Supplementary data Supplementary data (Tables S1, S2 and Figs. S1-8) associated with this article can be found, in the online version, at 编辑还是认为我没懂他的意思，没修改到位 Comments: You have added a sentence after the conclusion about supplemùentary material, but citations in the text are still present (see for example lines 42 and 53, p 7) and several other places. Please remove them now. 然后，我就把上面文中所有的available as Supplementary data删了，其他都没有改变 例如：.......various cholinium ILs (Fig. S1, available as Supplementary data)......改为.......various cholinium ILs (Fig. S1)...... 在Acknowledgements部分后面添加的没有任何变化 Appendix A. Supplementary data Supplementary data (Tables S1, S2 and Figs. S1-8) associated with this article can be found, in the online version, at 还是收到编辑的回信，这次他很不耐烦了，也是一个这样的破事搞了这么久，就因为我英文烂，换成谁，谁都烦 Comments: The last letter requested you to remove citations of supplementary material in the text. You were given, as an example, citiations in page 7. It is strictly obvious that this removal had to be done everywhere relevant in the manuscript!!! Now everybody wastes time on this matter. 各位大虾帮忙看看这个”such material should not be referred to directly in the text“ ” it cannot be cited explicitly in the text“到底是什么意思？应该具体怎么修改，如果这次再搞错了，恐怕编辑就直接给我拒了。 是不是不能表述为”......were shown in Table S1.....“，而必须将Table S1放在括号中？ 还有就是在Acknowledgements部分后面添加的那部分是不是要改成如下所示，因为其他论文中Supplementary data 这个词后面都没有具体的图表名称 ”(Tables S1, S2 and Figs. S1-8)“。所以是不是需要删了？ Appendix A. Supplementary data Supplementary data associated with this article can be found, in the online version, at 还请明白人指点一下，谢谢！ |
