Dear Professor XX： You might not have received the two mails I sent you a couple of weeks ago, probably for networking reasons, and because of this, I`m now contacting you using this account. Now, I`ve prepared the funding letter and the CV according to your requirements in your first mail and they are mailed as accessories. In addition,the scanned document of my passport is also available in the accessory. Lastly, I wish to know whether any documents is required for the handling of table D? If nothing is required, may I ask you to handle it for me? Thanks! Besides, I plan to go to America in September. |

So I`m now contacting you with this email account. I`ve attached the funding letter and the CV according to your requirements in your first mail and also with the softcopy of my passport.
