Modern scientific research has developed the technique for the extraction and determination of some compounds in EUO leaves. this technique of using a hollow imprinted polymer (H-MIP1) is proved to have a good imprint effect and a high capability. The confirmation of five components include chlorogenic acid (CGA), caffeic acid (CA), vanillic acid (VA), protocatechuic acid (PCA) and gallic acid (GA) was achieved. The content and proportion of these compounds were compared in details,indicating that the CGA is higher than others. As a research focus,we further examine the extraction conditions for CGA using ultrasonic technique and HPLC method. the results shows that The optimum extraction condition is : extraction solution, aqueous methanol (70%); solvent/sample ratio 20/1 (v/w) ; extraction time 3x30 min. |
