Three diffraction peaks appeared at 2θ = 5.450, 4.851 and 4.499o are corresponding to the lead thiocyanate. After stored for 19 days, no changes occurs in their peak positions; however, their intensity changes a little. After stored for 39 days, the peak intensity of lead thiocyanate becomes weak, and new peaks appear at 2θ = 2.56 and 2.528o, which are corresponding to the characteristic diffraction peaks of K2Pb（SO4）. Suggesting the chemical composition of drug changes due to the influence of environment.
