Materials and Design怎么这么无厘头，求助大家 已有9人参与

在Materials and Design投了一篇稿子，技术审查的时候，说语言有比较多的问题。因为我对自己的英文表达还算有信心，收到这样的信息，我感觉不太对。于是尝试着发了一封邮件给编辑，询问关于语言方面的具体问题。编辑很快给予了答复，很无厘头的事情——他们竟然搞错了，把不是给我的技术审查意见发给了我，邮件中还再三表示歉意，并认同我这篇稿件的语言表达。为了表示诚意，我再次对全文进行了修改，并找了一位英语水平很好、经常写英文论文的朋友进行了润色。再次投稿后大约20天，编辑给我发了这么一封邮件（详见下文）： ****************************************** Dear XXX, Materials and Design experiences a very high level of submissions, and there is strong competition for publication as the Journal has a limited amount of space. In order to save the time of both reviewers and authors, manuscripts are subjected to a preliminary screening by the Editor of the Journal, in order to determine if they should go forward for review. I regret to inform you that your manuscript did not obtain a sufficient priority rating in relation to the space available for publication for us to be able to give it any further consideration for publication in Materials and Design. I am sorry not to be able to give you better news, and wish you success in publishing this paper elsewhere. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work.
