第一篇SCI被拒了！请大家帮我看看，我还能再投这个期刊吗？ 已有14人参与

太受打击了今天，9号投了一个springer下的SCI期刊，这才过去3天，刚刚就给我回了邮件，直接拒稿了。。我的小心啊！第一篇SCI啊！ 麻烦大家帮我看看，是不是就是英语问题啊，如果英文表述好了，还可以再投这个期刊吗？还是主编以后不考虑收这个稿了，让我转投其他期刊？ We have received the reports from our advisors on your manuscript, "*****".
