请问意思是除了上传一篇“cover letter”和“responses to the reviewers' critiques”，还要单独上传“the changes you have made in your manuscript”吗？这个changes不是在responses里面都提到了吗，还要单独上传吗?请有经验的虫友支支招吧，万分感谢！
