One strain of pathogen inhibition bacterial was isolated from soil and named after Bly,which can produce various bioactive substance and has an antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus . This strain was identified as Bacillus licheniformis through 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis and homology comparison ,together with bacteria morphology and the physiological and biochemical indexes 。The bacteria has a broad application prospect in such field as medicine, pesticide, and feed processing. Therefore, the Bly fermentation curve of antibacterial substance producing was tested by Bacillus licheniformis shake flask culture on LB medium ,in which the fermentation liquid was extracted at different time interval and asepticized through centrifugation and filtration to detect the antibacterial substance by inhibition zone detection with effectively obvious Staphylococcus aureus as indicator .The Bly antimicrobial spectrum was also detected by the use of indicating bacterium of Rhizopus, Saccharomyces, Mucor, Penicillium, Rhado-torula, Aspergillus niger, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, which revealed that the produced antibacterial substances had better effect on gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis,no obvious effect on gram-negative bacteria of Escherichia coli, and no effect on the tested fungus. |
