Senior Research Engineer / Research Engineer (Ref. CML017)
Duties
The appointee will conduct laboratory works of nanomaterials-polymer composite materials for the applications of battery or solid state lighting.
Requirements
A PhD degree in chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, electronics, or physics with experience in any of the following R&D areas:
a.    Synthesis of nanomaterials;
b.    Polymer composite materials;
c.    Thermal interface material;
d.    Positive Temperature Coefficient materials;
e.    Lithium ion batteries (electrode materials development, package, or whole system design);
f.    Electronic device design and integration.
Others: Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, ability of literature and patent review are needed.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Medical and dental benefits as well as annual leave will be provided. Appointment will be offered on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance.

楼主，你好
本人硕士毕业，比较擅长的方向是LIB方向，已经在某韩国知名公司的开发中心工作2年多了，专注于开发电池结构与cell性能的关联性（对应您这边应该属于package 或者系统设计）。
2年期间共参与开发了3个phone系列的model，作为leader参与的model有1个model。（该顾客是一家全球知名企业，要求非常严格，研发周期相对较长）
本人对LIB cell这个领域非常熟悉，对未来的LIB方向有一定的把握，对于这个领域各个顶尖公司的开发技术都有一定的了解（比较竞争公司的同款产品，对于改进自己的设计是非常有效的手段）
虽然我对于您的这个工作机会非常感兴趣，但是本人硕士毕业，会不会学历是一个硬性的指标？
