[交流] IEEE PTL awaiting decision, 求祝福

IEEE PTL 外审三个月了。。现在状态为 Awaiting decision.

这次审了这么久了，就祝福呀。一般情况下，1~2月就出结果，这篇文章审稿3月，好忐忑呀~求分析，求祝福。

祝福楼主了，等出结果后，如果楼主愿意将投稿历程和感受发到木虫上，那将对各位虫友有很大帮助。。

个人觉得让修改就有机会。“extensive revision”也是容易过关的。只要咱们认真回答审稿人问题就OK. 自己也做了N篇文章的审稿人了，感觉作者们如果认真回答审稿人的问题，就是对审稿人的尊重。只要过得去，一般会手下留情的。。

以下是“ extensive revision”后，我修改了不到一周时间，返回到审稿人。之后不到一个月，文章就被接受发表了。

I am happy with the changes you made to the equations 1 and 2 by removing the noise sources. **** plots provided in the revised manuscript are useful to establish the true nature of the *** behavior (away from **** effects).
