Happy to browse your opinoins.
As you say, keeping a balance between leisure and working is vital.
I always try to reach this perfect balance. But I do always fail.
I belong to those who work very concentrately during working days and relax myself without control, for example, I can study into the deep night, even 12:00 pm, and play computer games half a day without movements before the computer. I find that I always go to the extremes of working and relaxing.
Recently, I make plans for the next day every night. I demand myself to accomplish the things listed on the timetable. In this way, I realize studying and relaxing is coming closer than before. Hope I can stick to this strategy in the following days.
Dear KICC, have you ever encountered such circumstances as me ?  Can you give me some valuable suggestions to improve my life quality?
