nature communication 修回再投拒稿！ 已有16人参与

问一下各位大侠，前段时间投nature communication修回了，回复意见写了整整7000字，一个月以后编辑回信确实拒稿，不甘心啦，不知道这种情况申诉成功的几率有多少，着急毕业要文章呀，请大家帮忙分析分析： Dear Prof ** Your revised manuscript entitled "***" has now been seen again by our original three referees, whose comments are appended below. In the light of their advice I regret to inform you that we cannot publish your manuscript in Nature Communications. You will see that, while reviewer #2 now supports publication of your work, reviewers #1+3 continue to raise substantive concerns that cast doubt on the strength of the novel conclusions that can be drawn at this stage. In particular, both reviewers note that the underlying molecular mechanism of action of ** has not been sufficiently clarified. Unfortunately, these reservations are sufficiently important to preclude publication of this study in Nature Communications. I am sorry that we cannot be more positive on this occasion and thank you for the opportunity to consider your work.
