最近投往Journal of Engineering Mechanics的一篇文章被拒稿了，但不知道编辑给的这个审稿意见是直接就不给机会的拒了，还是允许改后重投的意思。我英文不好，也没有SCI的经验，请有经验的虫友帮忙看看，谢谢了！ Dear ××, Your Technical Paper, listed above, has completed the peer-review process for possible publication in ASCE's Journal of Engineering Mechanics. The editor's final decision was to decline the manuscript. For your guidance, you will find below the reviewer's comments identifying those elements of the manuscript that prevent its acceptance by the Journal. We realize that it takes a great deal of time and effort to prepare a paper for submission and we thank you for choosing the Journal of Engineering Mechanics for submission of your work. Sincerely, Jennifer Parresol Editorial Coordinator Reviewers' comments: Based on the two reviews, the paper is declined. At best it requires major revisions. If the author would like to have the paper considered for publication in Journal of Engineering Mechanics, a new submission of a major revised paper that addresses all reviewers' concerns is required. 后面就是两个专家的意见了，一个认为 does not recommend this paper，一个认为Revise as a technical paper。 |
