Welcome to the 4th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Applications(ITCA second half of 2014 )

Welcome to the official website of the 2014 International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Applications – ITCA 2014. ITCA 2014 will be held during August 2-3, 2014 in Shanghai. ITCA 2014, is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Computational Intelligence and Information to a common forum.
The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Computational Intelligence, Information and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Education, and Management Innovation and related areas.

Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.

The ITCA 2014 conference proceeding will proudly published by TTP Press, and All accepted papers in the ITCA 2014 will also be included in TTP Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex.

English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (PDF only) format via email itca2014@vip.163.com.(PDF or DOC)
