千万不要轻信印度人的文章
我阅读过的论文都会在文中相应位置做好标注的，你们要下载一个阅读器，百度一下就有了。
Single step purification and characterization of a thermostable and calcium independent 。。。。。。。。。。。
这篇文章，我认为涉嫌作假。大家不妨读一读，我的看法如下：
SDS-PAGE图质量差。用16S鉴定到种是不行的。DNS法测定酶活力，酶活力定义为每分钟释放出1μg麦芽糖为一个单位，计算出来的酶活力是国际单位的360.32（麦芽糖的分子量）倍，印度人玩数字游戏。关于热稳定性不依赖于钙的文字表述与给出的图所表达的数据不相符合，可以算作假。酶的种类没有鉴定，没有检测降解寡糖或者淀粉释放出的产物，不能鉴定为α淀粉酶。
还有这篇Advances in microbial amylases，引用老得掉牙的文献，虽然只要是文献就可以引用，但前提是人家确实是有用的，且能经受时间的检验的。科技是会进步的，态度要审慎。
这篇Microbial glucoamylases： characteristics and applications杂志点数高，但我只看了酶的最适作用温度部分就发现了十几处引用错误或者不全面的地方，顺便传上一个详细指出这部分作假详情的PPT。
Production and partial characterization of thermostable and calcium-independent a-amylase.....Bacillus thermooleovorans NP54这篇，在创新点上作假，附上论文和PPT。
而这篇文章CARBOHYD RES 另类Purification and characterization of a thiol amylase over produced by a non-cereal non-leguminous plant, Tinospora cordifolia.pdf虽然杂志明说不注重文章的结构，但阿三也太随意了。
印度人Archana Sharma 和 T. Satyanarayana涉嫌作假的论文有三篇，分别在PPT中编号为1、2和3，在此帖附件中显示为论文题目。

我极其不喜欢印度这个国家，不但论文作假多，还是一个连国务院高官都干过QJ的这么一个QJ几乎不犯罪，轮J才犯罪，妇女没有社会地位的国家。虽然别国的国情不是与我最相关的，但如果有替代的论文，我就不会引用印度的论文。[ Last edited by 冼亮淀粉酶 on 2014-4-6 at 15:14 ] |
