输入语法不对，对于单机来说基组过高属于吃饱了撑的。对于一个普通的C、H、O组成的共轭体系来说通常用不着非要b3lyp，我看blyp就行。连接信息纯属无聊，而且尤其是你还保留着悬挂键，囧~这个分子明显是C2h对称的，楼主为啥一定要把初始结构扭成c1不对称的？对于验证性计算来讲opt=loose和scf=conver=4就差不多了。楼主只是为了进行频率验证完全可以使用freq=noraman嘛，楼主这设置明显就是怕机器太清闲给机器故意找更多无聊的活儿干嘛~楼主是来求助的还是卖萌的？

恰好我要给我的新PC烤烤机，顺手把你的分子拿来做测试了。
我是在ubuntu下玩儿，六核并行（i7顶配哦，得瑟一下），opt计算15除以6等于2.5分钟，freq计算34除以6等于6分钟，全部计算在8.5分钟内完成，搞定收工
我所使用的输入文件，计算得到的输出文件和fchk文件都在附件里，自己下载去吧

只要你看到101错误必然都是使用者自己犯的低级错误 一般与高斯软件无关
