昨天收到ECM的二审意见了，继续修改 哎 奔溃啊 各位大神，请问我这个还有必要改不？心都灰了。。。 一审意见： Thank you for sending the manuscript/revised manuscript, "***" to Energy Conversion and Management for publication. I apologize for the lengthy period of review. The review is now complete, and unfortunately, it is not completely favorable. Therefore, the paper cannot be published in Energy Conversion and Management as it is presented. 前两天投的，编辑回信说我的主题不适合这个期刊，直接让我重新选择期刊。 “Energy Conversion and Management receives a large number of submissions almost in all energy subjects. The journal has to be balanced in publishing papers spread over a wide range of energy disciplines and applications. To attain such balanced publications' share among all energy disciplines and fields, we have to be very selective in accepting submissions and processing their review in certain subjects. In addition, the submission will be better received in a journal with an audience more oriented to the subject of the paper. A suitable journal can be found among your references. As a result, I decided to return your submission without review processing. Please understand that this decision has nothing to do with the technical content of the paper or its value to the archival literature. If you have more suitable papers, I invite you to submit them for consideration. Thank you again for sending this paper to Energy Conversion and Management.” |
