文章悲剧了，求高人指点
这事悲剧意见：
The Journal receives many more papers than it is possible to publish, therefore an initial assessment and selection is made to help ensure an efficient review process.
The editorial team has examined your manuscript, and I am sorry to say we have decided that it does not meet our criteria for sending it out to reviewers. In this case, even if reviewers certified it as technically correct, we feel that the paper does not represent a significant enough advance over previously published work of practical importance in the field to warrant publication in the journal. In addition the properties of the materials here described are not sufficiently quantitatively compared with similar and related systems or with the current state-of-the-art, and thus the advantages of using these materials for applications are not demonstrated.
