上周怀着焦急和忐忑的心情投了自己酝酿了半年的第一篇SCI,我是做电池管理的。所有要求都是按照Journal of Power Sources准备的，投过去5天，前4天一直都是submitted to journal，第五天一天状态变了2次，首先给了文章号，很开心，没到1小时，主编直接来信final decision直接拒掉了

但是我的参考文献大部分都是JPS的，如果如他所说不适合，那怎么会有这么多类似的文献呢。问了几个朋友，都说被主编直接拒没有申诉的可能。
于是转投elsevier的applied energy 还在submitted to journal状态。
