麻烦大家帮忙分析一下这个初审意见已有1人参与

结果是revise and reconsidering。 其中，一个审稿人的意见很多，有一部分是Actions requested of the authors,应该是提出来的修改的部分。第二部分是Comments only，但是注明COMMENTS ONLY - actions by the authors are NOT required for the points listed from here to the end of this paper review. Perhaps some of these comments will be helpful in some way. (Main paper contributions, positive aspects, observed deficiencies, and suggestions on how to improve them  。这是什么意思呢？感觉所有提出的意见都要回复的吧？ 另外，意见中的、 PERTINENCE of the paper for the XXXX journal : As per the Aims and Scope" listed on the copyright page of each issue of the journal : "... XXXX welcomes high quality submissions that contribute to the full range of XXX research," The current paper presents the author's XXXX. The approach is not a technique for XXX, nor for the application of XXX, so it is off of the main themes of the journal, as I understand it. That is the main reason that I gave this paper a priority rating for publication a lower ranking than for the ratings for its content. That should NOT be taken as a critique of the paper itself! 更伤心的是，后面有一句：Reviewer's expertise on the subject: Low。 我投的是这个期刊的special issue，文章和征稿内容很匹配，就是采用的方法让审稿人觉得和期刊主题无关。 请高人指点，应该如何操作？等了7个月呢，多谢了。 |
