目前收到两个保底学校wyoming和west virginia university的offer，希望大家给点建议

| wyoming是正宗的美本副教授，课题是关于用催化剂将天然气液化的： involve perovskite type ABO3 oxides for use as catalysts to do oxidative coupling of natural gas to liquid fuels，west virginia是一个印度的老板，是副教授，他给我的课题是关于数学模拟的，他给的背景比较多，单手我对这个方向不太懂，希望各位指点一二： In this project, first the theoretical framework for characterizing and quantifying dynamic uncertainties will be developed. This is a new concept and the approaches are novel. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing so far on dynamic uncertainty quantification from first principles. Then the algorithms will be applied to an integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) plant co-fed with coal, biomass, and natural gas. This will serve as the validation and demonstration of the developed algorithms. Note that the data for the hybrid data-driven and first-principles approach will be generated by utilizing the model of the IGCC plant with CO2 capture. As part of this project, you will be working on both the algorithmic development for dynamic uncertainty quantification as well as model development for the IGCC plant. 希望大家指点，不甚感激！ |
