[求助] 投稿十天被拒，decision letter没有看懂，恳请各位前辈帮忙指点，应该怎么处理已有8人参与

进入投稿系统，里面有转换的。我也遇到过，不过推荐的是新杂志，什么也不是，果断拒之，改投。后来一篇也是你的这个杂志，也是推荐了一个更好的让转换，不过我认为不符合，转换过去再说，人家编辑果然说不符合，改投。所以，推荐好的，这些都是套话。一般容易接受的，都是国人认为垃圾的杂志，不是SCI，不是EI，什么也不是。
