Dear Colleague,

The 11th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (WCICA 2014)

will take place from June 29 to July 4, 2014 in Shenyang, China. WCICA 2014 is the largest event technically co-sponsored by IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, IEEE Control Systems Society, National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Association of Automation, the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence, among others.

WCICA 2014 features high level distinguished keynote and plenary speeches and plenary panel discussion sessions by the world leading researchers covering extensive topics related to the Congress. Papers presenting innovative research results with significant impact will be recognized through the WCICA 2014 Awards, including Best Paper in Theory, Best Paper in Applications, Best Student Paper, Best Poster Paper, Best Paper in Biomedical & Bio-Systems, and AIAG Best Paper on Supply Chain.

The Proceedings of WCICA 2014 will be included in the IEEE Xplore database and indexed by EI Compendex.

Outstanding papers presenting novel research results at the Congress will be recommended to publish the expanded versions in the WCICA 2014 special issues of selected leading international journals, including:

- IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology
- IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering
- IEEE Transactions on Robotics
- IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics
- Advanced Robotics
- Acta Automation Sinica

It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit your original research papers to the Congress. WCICA 2014 welcomes proposals for Invited Sessions reporting innovative research results on focused topics and Tutorials and Workshops on novel emerging research topics. Please submit Invited Sessions and Tutorial/Workshop proposals to the Congress Secretariat at wcica2014@gmail.com by January 31, 2014. For more information about the Congress, please refer to the Congress website for details.

April 15, 2014: Final IEEE PDF Compliant Paper Submission and Advance Registration

All papers in English and Chinese are invited.
