PLOS one 提问，是被拒的前奏吗？ 已有6人参与

各位大侠，生平第一次投稿，投稿一周收到邮件如下，平安夜辗转难眠，不知道怎么会有这么多的意见，是不是被拒的节奏哈？还请各路大侠帮我分析一下啊，圣诞节修改文章，这些都要补充到文章里面吗？还是要补一份说明报告就可以呢？谢谢！ > At this stage, we would request you report additional details relating to the in vivo experiments described in your submission, particularly the survival study: > 1. Please specify whether the rats died as a direct result of the experimental procedures, or whether humane endpoints were used during the survival study (i.e., the animals were humanely euthanized when they met certain clinical criteria) > a. If humane endpoints were used, please specify the criteria used to determine when the animals should be humanely euthanized > b. Please specify how frequently the condition of the animals was monitored > 2. Please specify the method of sacrifice used for each experiment > 3. Please provide details of any steps taken to minimize suffering of the rats, including analgesics and anaesthetics, for each experiment > 4.
