A specific journal is more suitable for this manuscript”，而且提的意见也很多，很专业。第二个人的意见是“This work did a systematic study of the potentiostatic conditions and validates the protocol with steady ECL and CV measurements. The study was well-documented with convincing experimental evidence and detailed analysis. This work offers a new substitute Hg ion detection method that can favor a series of environmental applications.
