求助合成4-5nm的金纳米颗粒的方法 已有3人参与

| 请大家帮忙,我现在急需要4-5nm的金纳米颗粒,由于需要后续修饰巯基,因此不能用巯基稳定剂稳定,最好是用柠檬酸三钠稳定,我之前用过柠檬酸三钠和单宁酸来制备,但是粒径比较大,而且我担心单宁酸分子量比较大会不会影响后续修饰?因此想求助用柠檬酸三钠和硼氢化钠制备金纳米颗粒的方法,请各路大神不吝赐教,感激之至! |

你好,我最近也在做金纳米颗粒,我想问一下,按照你的试剂量添加的话,溶液太少了5ml都不到,这个用磁子搅不起来吧还有就是我之后想要用PAH修饰制备带正电的纳米金,该怎么除去多余的柠檬酸盐呢?谢谢你啦 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

6纳米左右 Monodisperse I-IL-Au NPs were prepared by the reduction of HAuCl4 with sodium borohydride (NaBH4) according to the previous work [20–22] . In brief, firstly the fresh sodium borohy-dride solution (NaBH4, 1 mL, 4.5 mg mL−1) was added dropwise to 100 mL aqueous solution of HAuCl4(1 mL, 8.9 mg mL−1) under vigorous stirring at room temperature. About 15 min, a vivid red colored solution was produced. Finally, after added the amino-functionalized ionic liquid, the gold colloidal solution was stirred for another 2 h to ensure self-assembly of the ionic liquid onto the surface of gold nanoparticles. The synthesized I-IL-AuNPs were purified by centrifugation and redispersed in double-distilled,deionized water twice. The final concentration of I-IL-Au NPs were 57.29 nM calculated using Beer’s law with the extinction coefficients (ε) of 1.1 × 107M−1cm−1 for Au NPs of 5.6 ± 0.4 nm diameter。 |
