[求助] 一段英文修改

翻译:电池转换效率的衰减大小取决于硅片在硅锭中的位置,即决定于硅片的化学成分。因此,有两个可能的因素导致电池效率衰减的不同:一是随着高度增加氧浓度减少;二是磷浓度增加,导致未被磷补偿的硼随着高度增加而减少。
The value of efficiency degradation depends on the position of the wafers in the ingot,in other words,it depends on the chemical composition of silicon wafers. So the different decrease in efficiency for the solar cells may be due to two factors: one is that [Oi] decreases with the height in the ingot; the other is that the increasing of [P] lead to the amount of uncompensated boron atoms decreases with the height in the ingot.请各位帮忙翻译或者修改,谢谢!

The decline of battery effeciency depends on position of the wafers in the ingot or, in other words, on the chemical composition of silicon wafers. Hence there are two possible mechanisms causing the difference in battery effeciency decline: one is that [Oi] decreases with the height in the ingot while the other, the increasing of [P] leads to decrease of the amount of uncompensated boron atoms (by [P] ), as the height in the ingot increases.
觉得“因素”在这里更多指的是机理,因此用了mechanism. 其他表达如[Oi],[P] 还请楼主自己把把关
衰减用degradation感觉不大合适,因为是指升降,所以用了decline
