  Abstract:  Parameter mapping method was put forward, through the skull restoration design and manufacture based on user demand. Considering the cost, time, resource utilization rate and feasibility, the conversion of the skull prosthesis design parameters and mapping between the design parameters of user needs were realized. The effectiveness of the method was verified through the example analysis, which provided a basis for the design and scheme of the skull restoration. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

  Abstract:  Antenna is an important and valuable component in industry. In order to protect it, the radome is adopted. As the non-uniform thickness of radome affects the performance of the antenna, in order to maintain the performance of antenna, it is necessary to have a dedicated device to detect the radome, thus the detection machine tool is used. The accuracy is the key point of the detection machine tool, so in this paper, its error model and measurement are presented. By the pitch compensation, the accuracy is enhanced, which achieves the desired value. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
